Mastery of Life is a series we created so that people who don’t want to change careers, or formally become a Yoga Teacher, can still learn the deeper truths of this great, life-enhancing science. Over four weekends students learn the basic philosophy and tools of Yoga in a way that can be applied to everyday life. Those details are here.
